Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.In cases where a fresh batch is being prepared, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Partners
We currently ship within the Gujarat State via Delhivery. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This can be used to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us within 48 hours at info@flavoursofnueva.com
Currently, Nueva ships within Gujarat state only. We are in process of expanding our shipping operations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
